Kendall Jenner deletes her Instagram account after online abuse over ballerina themed Vogue shoot
The model has followed in the footsteps of Justin Bieber
MODEL Kendall Jenner has DELETED her Instagram account following online abuse over her ballerina themed shoot for Vogue magazine.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has followed in the footsteps of singer Justin Bieber by appearing to shut down her social media account.
Now when fans head to the catwalk favourite's page, a message comes up saying: "Sorry, this page isn't available."
Her account's disappearance comes after the 21-year-old became the target of angry dancers around the world when she took part in a Vogue Espana photoshoot which had a ballet theme.
Kendall was forced to defend her actions after several ballerinas and others criticised the advertised snaps.
One commented: "Kendall Jenner’s ‘ballet’ photo shoot explains why most of the world thinks I twirl around in a tutu everyday for 4 hours".

Another said: "Why the hell is Kendall Jenner in a ballet photo shoot instead of an actual ballerina".
Kendall, who had close to 70 million Instagram followers before deactivating her account, hit back and said: "It’s so funny that people are getting pregnant and married – or having crazy drama – but my drama is ballerinas being upset at me!"
She added: "With my Vogue Spain shoot, I didn’t even know I was going to be a ballerina until I went into hair and makeup. I never said I knew ballet and I didn’t practice beforehand. I just show up to do my job!"
A picture of the star with her hair laid out in heart shapes was the most liked picture in 2015, with over 3 million likes from Instagram users.
Thankfully for her fans, Kendall's Twitter page is still active, with the model promoting her new book written with sister Kylie, Time of the Twins.
