TINA Malone showed off her enviable figure as she stepped out for a showbiz bash.

The svelte star looked glamorous as she showed off her slim frame in a daring black evening gown.

She was joined on the red carpet by her husband Paul Chase.

The former Shameless star wore her hair sleek and she added a slick of red lipstick to really vamp things up.

The couple were enjoying a night out at the Royal Television Society Awards North West

The 53-year-old proudly showed off her tiny frame, after dropping a staggering 12 stone and shrinking from a size 28 to a 6 after getting a gastric band fitted.

And she looked very proud of herself as she showed off her smaller waist in plunging dress.

Tina has been celebrating her weight loss by selling all of her old dresses on Twitter, sharing snaps of the gowns now she's splashed out on a whole new wardrobe.

Last month Tina urged overweight Brits to consider getting a gastric band, following her success.

Appearing on This Morning, the mother of two told viewers: “My advice is, if you can pay for acrylics and cigarettes, save up for a gastric band.

“Save your life. It has changed me as a person. I am less angry.

“[I had] fat growing out of every part of [my] body.”

Five-foot-one Tina said she's also been exercising to improve her physique.

She said: "I’m starting exercise to tone up. It’s given me the fear of God, thinking of spinning classes and personal trainers. It’s been a hard slog."

And just weeks ago Tina sparked more surgery rumours as she flashed a painful-looking smile.

The Shameless star has undergone an incredible transformation in recent years.

She previously revealed she had undergone nine surgeries, as well as her gastric band, including operations to remove the excess skin which was left around her tummy due to her weight loss.

She also had skin removed from her arms, neck and thighs, as well as undergoing several surgeries on her face and fixing her teeth.
