X Factor fans panic that Emily Middlemas’ cold might see her in trouble this week

X FACTOR fans were left panicking today after fearing that Emily Middlemas’ could could see her in trouble this weekend.

This would see her follow ex-contestant Relley C, who was booted out of the competition the day after revealing that she was suffering from a cold.

The Scots born talent has been trying to shake off a heavy bout of the cold this week and admitted she was upset when she couldn’t watch the Scotland England game yesterday.

She said: “So gutted I can’t go to the Scotland and England match with everybody because I’m so unwell Bed, lots of hot drinks and sleep for me!”

Emily has been having a series of late nights in the X Factor house and just this week admitted she was still up when everybody else was fast asleep.

She revealed she was still awake in the early hours of Friday morning washing her hair and had had a shower when everyone else was tucked up in their beds.

She wrote on Twitter: “Really need to dry my hair but don’t want to wake up Sam and Sarra, soaking hair and I am freezing! I’m an idiot for showering this late.”

Fan Julie Omeda said: “Honey and lemon drinks.. keep warm sweetie” while Emily’s fan club prayed: “Oh Nooo Emily. Hope you feel better tomorrow.”

Emily will certainly be ‘Wishing on a star’ that her Disco Week performance won’t suffer as a result.

In a surprise turn, Samantha Lavery is favourite for the boot at the bookies on Sunday.

Simon Cowell‘s rock siren was has seen her odds slashed after a flurry of bets have been placed on Sam being the next to be kicked off the show.
