Katie Price films painful moment she gets a new tattoo on her leg

KATIE Price has treated herself to her ninth tattoo and shared the process with her 1.3 million followers on Instagram.

Sucking hard on a lollypop to help take her mind off the pain of the new inking, Katie panned her phone camera around to show tattoo artist Simon Watkins hard at work on her new design.

Although the mum-of-five kept the details of her new tat under wraps, it could be a cover up for her ex-husband Leandro Penna’s name, which she had etched into her ankle before their split.

Katie’s previously admitted her husband Kieran Hayler wanted her to get rid of it as it reminded him of her past relationships.

She said: “Kieran has a go at me all the time for having a Leo tattoo.

He's like, ‘When are you going to cover that up?’

“I will but it's so painful.

“If you have it lasered off apparently it really hurts, so I'll have to cover it with something ... I won't get names any more, I had Pete [on my wrist] and had to have it covered up with a rose.”

Katie’s got a generous collection of tattoos but not all of them are on show.
Speaking about her body art on Loose Women, Katie admitted: “I’ve had tattoos in all different places and they hurt.
“I’ve had a lot of my private parts.”

Katie, 37, isn’t the only member of her tribe to enjoy tats – with her hubby Kieran having her face tattooed onto his leg in May.

Kieran said of his tribute: “The pain I went through was nothing compared to the pain Kate went through when I cheated on her.

“It took five hours. I already had a small tattoo close to my ankle, which I had done when I was with one of my first girlfriends.

“I wanted to get rid of it now that I'm married to Kate so I've covered it up.

“Basically after all the issues that have gone on between me and Kate, I wanted to portray her as a guardian angel.

“She has helped me through my troubles and I wanted to show her that I think she is an angel to me.”
