The former glamour model, 44, who went under the knife in December for her 16th breast operation, recently enjoyed a holiday in the Southeast Asian country.
Katie flew to Thailand with fiance Carl Woods, 33, and her two kids Bunny, eight, and Jett, nine.
The star displayed her "biggest ever boob job" a number of times during the trip, including when she took a dip in the pool on holiday.
Another time Katie left little to the imagination as she rocked a purple co-ord piece.
The mum-of-five showed off her slim figure and big boobs in a purple vest crop top and a tight midi skirt.

Katie completed the glamorous look with a pair of sparkling silver crocs and a matching Starbucks cup.
The star opted for a smokey eye, pink lip and poker straight hair.
Katie now has 2120 CC implants after she wanted to become the woman with "biggest breasts in Britain".
It comes shortly after she showed them off in a tiny white crop top.
