The intense thriller kicked up to eleven on the show when policeman Jorn Lenhart arrived at the home of Adam Getterick to ask questions about a girl who went missing several years ago.

Claiming to be a family friend, Adam finds himself under suspicion when a little girl appears with a picture for her 'dad' - showing her and her mum in the basement.

Telling the little girl to stay upstairs, the two men come to blows and it is believed that Jorn had unwittingly found the kidnapper of the three missing girls Alice Webster, Sophie Giroux, and a third girl who wore red glasses.

"To be honest, he’s doing things in the house, he’s there, he’s got stuff knocking around. You always want to do something specific with these kind of things. You want to do something that’s memorable."

He added: "The difference between knocking someone over the head and getting a drill is, one is potentially accidental or in the heat of the moment. The other is very intentional. There’s a big lack of humanity there."
