RITA Ora ditched her trademark glamour and high-fashion to don her best workout gear as she worked up a sweat in the gym.
The popstar shared a funny clip to her Instagram account of her attempting a workout with a bouncy exercise ball.
Rita, 32, flaunted her rock hard abs in the two piece outfit as she let her body fall forward onto the grey exercise ball as she was cheered on by her friends.
Realising that she wasn't quite perfecting the move, The Masked Singer judge joked in the caption: "Don't judge me at least I showed up for myself today.
"Hahaha I have my work workouts ok! Lol."
Her friends could not help but let out a laugh as she almost face-planted into the ball as part of her exercise regime as she said: "I can't do it!"
