Kaz Crossley seen for the first time since ‘terrifying’ Dubai arrest as she heads to the gym

KAZ Crossley has been seen for the first time since her “terrifying” arrest in Dubai this week.

The former Love Island star was spotted smiling in a snap as she was joined by a group of pals at the gym.

Kaz, 28, was released from jail yesterday and released an emotional statement that she was “so blessed”.

The Sun revealed that star had been locked up with 30 women for days in the United Arab Emirates.

The reality TV star had been detained at Abu Dhabi airport in transit for a flight to Thailand as she was quizzed by police.

She was taken away to be quizzed by Dubai police as part of a probe into a two-year old video of her snorting a substance.

But now, Kaz has been spotted smiling as she got back to work at a Muay Thai fitness class in London.

She kept it casual in fitness gear as she gathered with beginners to the sport on the gym floor.

Kaz – who is the founder of Muay Thai club Combat Collective – smiled wide after returning home to the UK.

The caption read: “Our beginners Muay Thai program of 2023 kicked off today with our amazing new coaches.”

It comes hours after Kaz wrote a short message to fans on Instagram as she ensured she was “safe”.

She told her 1.1million followers on Instagram: “I am safe, thank you for all your kind messages.

“I want to take some time to reflect before I comment on the past few days. Grateful for so much right now. We are so blessed…”

The Sun revealed that Kaz told a friend about what she had been through in the jail.

Kaz explained to a pal: “They didn’t get me a lawyer or a proper translator. I couldn’t even have a shower.

“I was locked up with 30 other women, and had no idea why I was there for days – nobody would help me. It was the most terrifying experience of my life.”

The pal added: “She’s very shaken up, the very worst thoughts were going through her mind.

“You see stories of Brits being banged up for years and years in these countries over drugs issues.

“She didn’t have drugs, but she had been associated with someone else police are looking into from a previous trip, and that’s why they arrested her.”

Eventually Kaz was able to sit down with police and fully assist with their investigation before being released without charge.
