REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsely enjoyed a rather unique treatment at co-star Dawn's beauty clinic in the series finale.

The 35-year-old explained how she had been roped in to try out the vagina tightening 'Femiwand' treatment as she said: "[Dawn's] too far gone so I'm going to be her guinea pig."

As Dawn quizzed the mother of four about her private area, Tanya replied: "I've not got a baggy minky, I just want the upkeep."

However she couldn't hide her horror as the doctor explained how she would have two balls inserted as part of the invasive treatment.

Dawn admitted in her piece to camera: "I'm absolutely terrified, there's this man with this huge balls talking about them going in."

As she lay back in Vivo clinic and allowed the nurse to get to work, Dawn could be heard making noises of shock and surprise as the procedure went on.

Once it was done, she admitted: "I'm not gonna tell Phil, I'm just gonna see if he can notice."

Fans were quick to flock to Twitter to share their reaction to the moment as one wrote: "Sweet Jesus Mary mother of god, PLEASE tell me this isn't happening on TV."

Another admitted: "I'm in creases @TanyaBardo7 you make my Monday nights!

Last month The Sun Online revealed that Tanya has been picked by the show’s producers to get the treatment done.

At the time the delighted beauty told us: “It’s great news.

“I’m having the op for a new fanny, so it should be great for the series.

“We are having so much fun it’s unbelievable.

“I’m not a bit worried about going through with this – I’ve had so much stuff done before so bring it on!”

The beauty gave birth to son Ralphi in August, adding to her brood with Stoke City footballer Phil.

The procedure, which starts at £495,  is a non-surgical tightening treatment that improves the health and vitality of vaginal tissue.

It uses high-intensity focused ultrasound that rebuilds the skins elastin while tightening at the same time.
