Laura and Giovanni were booted out of Strictly Come Dancing after a Dance Off with Ore and Joanne
LAURA Whitmore broke down in a flood of tears as she appeared on Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two today.
The bubbly blonde was given the boot alongside partner Giovanni Pernice after a shock Dance Off with Ore Oduba and Joanne Clifton at the weekend.
Laura was previously left fighting back tears after making a mistake during her first dance.
She also explained how her recent foot injury left her struggling to compete as she had lost her confidence.
The TV presenter was speaking to Zoe Ball on the sofa with her dance partner when she couldn’t help tear up after the show aired their best bits.
Giovanni put a comforting hand on her back as Laura said: “I was OK until you showed me that!”
Zoe passed her a tissue and Laura dabbed at her eyes.
As she tried to compose herself, Giovanni flooded her with compliments: “From day one… she is a great dancer, she’s been a great person to work with and I’ve been really proud of your journey.”
