Holly Willoughby beams with delight as she learns new way to orgasm on This Morning
Expert Andrea Pennington shared her secrets with the bubbly This Morning babe
A SEX expert left Holly Willoughby speechless in wonder after revealing women could reach an orgasmic state without even needing to be touched.
The This Morning presenter gushed with surprise as she quizzed Dr Andrea Pennington about techniques following the ITV show's own survey on the frequency of females who experience the climax of sexual excitement.
Andrea said she encouraged clients to have three orgasms a week to which Holly asked: "Is this true -that someone doesn't have to touch you to give you an orgasm?
"Can you reach that place on your own?"
After Andrea confirmed this was the case because orgasms take place in the brain, a clearly taken aback Holly said: "Woahhh - what do you think about?!"
"It shows how powerful the mind is and what it can do."
Andrea said: "Sometimes women can do it in a matter of minutes.
"With an stimulation device, an orgasm can take two minutes, and women can have 'think off' orgasms in two minutes too."
Andrea also revealed orgasms could have a lead up of up to 21 days before the person has sex, to which wide-eyed Holly replied: "That's a big build up!"
Cheeky co-host Phillip Schofield then quipped: "And they're not sitting on a washing machine at the same time?"
Meanwhile yummy mummy Holly was glued to Andrea's new book, The Orgasm Prescription, and Phil joked she'd want to get it signed.
The pair then burst out in fits of laughter as the segment came to a close.
Fans of the show took to Twitter to comment on Holly and Phil's reaction to the bedtime topic.
One wrote: "Sorry did @thismorning just say they held a Orgasm Survey what @hollywills @schofe how are you keeping a straight face?"
Another quizzed: "Who let @schofe and @hollywills present a section on orgasms.
"Surely this will end in a giggle fit," while another added: "Ridiculously attractive #orgasm expert Dr Andrea Pennington on @thismorning.
"Holly is paying way too close attention."
