Nikki Sanderson gets into the festive spirit as she dresses up as Mrs. Claus for Christmas Hollyoaks episode

NIKKI Sanderson will be adding some festive cheer in the Hollyoaks Christmas special as she dressed up as Mrs Claus while filming scenes for the Channel 4 soap.

The brunette beauty, who plays Maxine Minniver, was snapped putting on a leggy display in a sexy costume as she joined her on-screen beau Jimmy Essex (Adam Donovan) for filming.

Nikki showed off her impressive pins and her ample cleavage in the saucy costume and topped off her festive look with a Santa hat.

Drawing attention to her legs, Nikki wore white and red striped over-the-knee socks and black heels.

In the snaps, Adam, who plays Joey, and Nikki can be seen chatting and giggling in what looks like a winter wonderland.

While Nikki is in her festive garb, Adam is dressed in all navy ensemble.

Meanwhile, aside from the festive cheer, it looks like the soap is headed for an explosive Christmas as killer Cameron Campbell could strike again.

Details still haven’t been confirmed but it’s going to involve the Lomax family.

Actor Cameron Moore, who plays Cameron Campbell, previously hinted his character would go to extreme lengths to hide the fact that he killed his own brother.

It comes after an explosive Halloween episode that saw Joe Roscoe  plummet to his death from a cherry picker and Nico Blake died after being engulfed by the inferno caused when Cameron Campbell set the fairground maze ablaze.

Executive Producer Bryan Kirkwood told Digital Spy: “Leela, Cameron and Tegan will loom large over Christmas."

“Stories don't end with our stunts and Cameron is going to take centre stage over the next two months.

“There is a huge, huge bombshell in our Christmas episode which I think transmits on Christmas Eve this year."

Meanwhile, it’s been revealed that a former Hollyoaks favourite will be returning to the soap.

Actor Darren Jeffries is set to return to screens as the much-loved Sam ‘OB’ O’Brien, eight years after quitting to try new things.

He will first be seen on screen in the week beginning on November 14 and will see him becoming involved in the missing Osborne family mystery.

He will team up with Cindy Cunningham and Grace Black to track them down and solve the mystery.

Actor Darren Jeffries has spoken of his excitement of returning to Hollyoaks, saying: “It’s an absolute pleasure to bring O.B back to Hollyoaks village.

“If anyone can get to the bottom of where the Osbornes are it’s him.

“I still can’t believe it’s been over eight years since I left the show, it feels like I’ve never been away.”
