This has included getting lip fillers and botox, as well as changing her hair and renovating her home.
In January, she openly discussed going under the knife for a breast augmentation, and in a new video Helen has shared the results.
Sporting a white crop top and grey tracksuit, Helen posed in the bathroom mirror for videos before and after the operation.
The actress then explained in the caption she wanted to wait until she’d finished breastfeeding her children Matilda, Delilah and Charlie before taking the plunge.

She wrote: “I was quite open here on Instagram in January about my recent boob job. This was something I wanted to do for a really long time and by doing so I’ve really got my confidence back.”
“I breastfed in total for 3 years. Matilda I fed for eight months. Delilah i fed for 13 months. Charlie I fed for 14months. As soon as I finished my breastfeeding journey with Charlie I wanted to get them done pretty much straight away,” she continued.
“I felt like you could tie them in a bow 😂. I had to wait though for six months after feeding and then I went for it in January.
“I don’t regret one second of my breastfeeding journeys, they were precious times. I was a little bit nervous I was worried they were going to be too big for my frame but they are so perfect for me and so in proportion.”

The star then explained she had implants filled with 340ccs and wanted “natural” results from the procedure, done at Pall Mall Cosmetics.
“It was a good start of the year for me as I want to feel good this summer,” Helen said of her goals. “I’ve done all the baby stage and it’s nice to be now coming to a place where I can work on myself.”
