Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon demanded four dozen doughnuts and two crates of beer from 10am to lunch at 1pm.

Luxury food requests included roast turkey on Monday, steak on Thursday and rare roast beef on Saturday.

For the dressing room, they ordered two cases of cold beer, two litres of fresh orange juice, a litre of J&B scotch, four bottles of imported red wine and four bottles of Liebfraumilch.

The 24-line document is among contracts and concert booking forms for the world tour promoting album Jazz.

Merseyside-based Omega Auctions said: “It paints a fascinating picture of some of the excesses and demands of major touring artists at the time.”

The printed, unsigned documents have a £300 guide price for Tuesday’s sale.
