Strictly Come Dancing stars Daisy Lowe, Laura Whitmore and Louise Redknapp throw their support behind Children in Need
Daisy Lowe, Laura Whitmore and the remaining Strictly Come Dancing stars are supporting this year’s Children In Need special.
The celeb come dancers were seen wearing Pudsey headband, as well as hugging the famous teddy bear during a photocall today.
Despite her heartbreak after splitting from her boyfriend, Daisy put on a good show wearing a stunning cream dress.
Hugging the iconic bear, she flashed her famous grin – showing she is a true professional.
Former Eternal singer Louise showed off her trim figure in a red sparkly frock as she too wore a pair of cute Pudsey eyes.
And Irish beauty Laura revealed a new look – very curly blonde hair – as she puckered up to the bear.
Their fellow dancers and professionals looked just as excited to be there as they got into the charitable spirit.
Last week It Takes Two presenter Zoe confirmed that this year’s Strictly special for Children in Need will have an absolutely Olympic line-up.
It appears that Claudia Fragapane and Greg Rutherford, who are both competing on this year’s series and still in the running to take home the glitterball, have become a source of inspiration for their fellow medallists.
Lutalo Muhammad, who won Silver in Taekwondo in Rio this year, will be partnered with Karen Clifton after her partner Will Young withdrew from the main series.
Hockey star Hollie Webb will be going for another gold with Neil Jones – who was not partnered with anyone this year but has made several appearances on It Takes Two.
Neil's wife Katya Jones is currently performing with Ed Balls on this year's show.
Janette Manrara, who was the first to be eliminated in this year's series with partner Melvin Odoom, will be putting Joe Clarke, who won gold for canoe slalom, through his paces in a bid for a better result.
Finally, Zoe announced that rower Helen Glover will also be trading her oars for a pair of dancing shoes alongside long-standing favourite Pasha Kovalev.
The show will take place as part of the annual BBC charity drive for Children in Need next month in a one off competition that will see one lucky contender take home the Pudseyball to sit next to their Olympic medals.
It is expected Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly will take on the hosting duties after Bruce Forsyth, who despite leaving the main show always presented the one-off special, revealed his plans to retire last week after 77 years in showbiz.
