Look who it is! Chelsee Healey makes her Hollyoaks debut as Goldie McQueen
But she doesn't get the warmest of welcomes...
Myra’s alarmed when she discovers someone sleeping in Mercedes’ bed and, with John Paul as back-up, she decides to confront the intruder.
Flinging back the duvet, Myra is stunned to find the McQueens’ mystery guest is none other than her cousin Goldie (former Casualty and Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey) – she needs somewhere to stay and has decided to pay a visit to her “rich” relatives to discover how the other half lives.
Despite not getting the warmest of welcomes from Myra and her family, Goldie’s desperate to stick around and ventures into the village, where she quickly finds herself on the wrong side of Cindy.
However, she manages to work her McQueen charms on the menfolk of Chester, and soon has Adam, Louis and even James taking a keen interest in her.
Unsurprisingly, Goldie soon outstays her welcome and Myra tells her to leave.
But before hopping on the next bus out of the village, she manages to blag herself a free coffee at the Magic Bean. Later, she gets talking to Jesse, who’s still beside himself with guilt, convinced that he was responsible for the fire at the funfair.
It’s not long before Celine and Myra catch the flirty madam talking to Jesse, and Celine is furious to see her chatting up her fella. At the end of her tether, Myra marches Goldie to the bus stop,
but the troublemaker has other ideas.
Have we really seen the last of Goldie McQueen, or has she got a plan up her sleeve to extend her stay in Hollyoaks?
