SHE announced she would be known as just ‘Cheryl’ following her split from Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.

But The Sun Online can reveal that the singer is still using the Frenchman’s for her company accounts – despite their divorce finally going through last month.

The 33-year-old still listed as a director of her performing arts firm CC Couture Limited as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on Companies House – the government’s official register of firms.

And she’s still listed under the same name on the books of Girls Aloud Touring LLP.

Most recent accounts of CC Couture were lodged with Companies House in September showing the firm had £1.2 million in cash – compared to £909,000 the previous year.

But there has been no document received to advise that there is a change of name for Cheryl – the outfit’s only director.

The news comes after it was revealed that her ex had been banned from opening a restaurant bearing his name – because she still owns the rights to it.

Back in September Jean Bernard wanted to name his new upmarket London diner Versini.

But he was blocked after Cheryl – who is believed to be expecting her first child with Liam Payne - trademarked her name shortly after they married.

JB’s bid for the rights to use his surname was turned down by the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), which registers trademarks.

Last month Cheryl and Jean-Bernard’s 18-month marriage officially came to an end after they were issued a Decree Nisi.

The hearing – which was not attended by either of them - lasted just 14 seconds, making it ‘Britain’s fastest quickie divorce’.

Paperwork filed as part of the divorce proceedings revealed Cheryl blamed her now ex-husband for her shrinking frame.

She claimed the “stress” he put her under impacted her health and caused her to shed weight.
