CRAIG DAVID has capped off his stunning return — by landing the Children In Need single.
I’ve learned the comeback king has been chosen to sing this year’s charity track.
Craig is even releasing a ballad for the occasion rather than bucking the trend with a garage tune.
He’ll put out his album track All We Needed to raise money for the charity.
It’s a well-deserved gig for the star who has been one of the most successful British artists of the year.
A music source said: “Craig is absolutely delighted to have been chosen to do the Children In Need track.
“He already had All We Needed there on his album and it fits perfectly with the tone.
“There is no stopping him right now. After so much success of his own it’ll be amazing if he can raise loads of cash for a good cause off the back of his hard work.”
Last year JESS GLYNNE took on the Children In Need mantle with her soppy single Take Me Home, which reached the top ten.
