World’s sexiest grey-haired celebs revealed – where does your favourite rank?

GEORGE Clooney has been crowned the world’s sexiest grey-haired celebrity in a survey.

The Oscar winner, 61, topped the poll of the hottest silver foxes and vixens over Helen Mirren.

The Brit, 77, embraced her natural colour after appearing in film The Madness of King George in 1995.

It was set in the 1800s when grey hair was seen as flattering.

Also in the top ten were Jamie Lee Curtis, 64, Richard Gere, 73, and Idris Elba, 50.

Research agency Perspectus Global, which quizzed 2,000 Brits, said half agreed more people are letting their grey show because stars do so.

Harriet Scott, CEO of insights agency Perspectus Global which commissioned the survey of 2,000 Brits, said: "The survey findings suggest Brits believe silver is sexy, and it is great to see how many are now ditching the hair dye and embracing their natural colour.

"It is also great to see George Clooney come top in the poll, along with so many other gorgeous grey stars."
