Gemma Collins strips naked for bizarre cupping treatment after battling illness and horrific pain
GEMMA Collins stripped off to undergo an alternative treatment today after being left in agony.
The former Towie star, 41, resorted to a cupping massage once again to relieve the horrific discomfort she has been feeling from a mystery illness.
She shared a snap as she had the cups attached to her back – revealing the start of sore looking bruises all over herself.
Gemma, 41, has been in excruciating pain since she returned from a winter trip to Israel.
But now the star has turned to an unconventional cupping treatment.
Last week the GC took to social media with a short video as she revealed she went nude for the healing process.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star captioned the post: “If it’s good enough for Gwyneth [Paltrow] it’s good enough for me.”
She later enthusiastically thanked her physio for making her a “new woman” and also her doctor for the “pain relief”.
Within the short clip, the former I’m A Celebrity campmate showed off her natural beauty as she went into more detail for her fans.
The personality explained she got the idea from Hollywood legend Gwyneth Paltrow, who is known for her unconventional health and lifestyle brand, Goop.
She explained: “I’m having cupping. Gwyneth swears by this. Will this turn me into a supermodel?
“So, good news is, 48 hours in after my first physio and literally I’m ready to walk up Kilimanjaro.
“Now I’m having the cupping, I’m just a health goddess. I’m going to be a health goddess.
“This guy to get me walking again in 24 hours is unbelievable.”
Cupping therapy is considered alternative medicine where heated cups are applied to the skin where suction is created.
After the first treatment, the star turned to acupuncture and a spiritual healer to help cure her mystery foot agony.
Ever since the GC arrived home from a pilgrimage to Jerusalem with fiancé Rami Hawash, she has been in excruciating pain.
She later called in the cavalry as she invited her personal trainer, physiotherapist and spiritual healer into her home to ease her discomfort.
