LIAM Payne has shared his first selfie of himself recording new music for his solo album.
The former One Direction star has been teasing fans about his first solo offering for weeks.
Fans of Liam went crazy after he shared the picture of him singing into the microphone.
The singer has been working on new music in Los Angeles for most of 2016.
Last week the 23-year-old sent fans into meltdown after he teased his first solo track online.
Liam didn't reveal any information about the song but tagged two producers in the caption.
Danny Boy Styles has worked with the likes of Beyonce while Ben Billions recently produced The Weekend's huge new track Starboy.
While there's no video, the clip does have some very telling lyrics about his other half Cheryl.
In the clip Liam sings: "I don't wanna be left without this.
"I didn't think that I'd ever find someone.
"I just wanna make it with you."
"All these other b*****s here be tripping, the way you walk in is so different, I just wanna make it with you.
"All the best things take a little time, take a little time baby.
"This ain't nothing, take a little time, baby.
"I just want to get tonight and I promise I'm gonna make it right.
"I wanna make love to you, be onto you, be so hard for you."
Liam later confirmed the song was just one of many he was recording, telling his fans: "Just finished a busy day in the studio
"May not a be song I release but wanted to invite you into the writing process hope you enjoyed it."
While on The One Show, Cheryl even gave Sir Chris Hoy parenting advice.
