Gemma Collins says she’s in ‘agony’ as she begs fans for help in topless clip
GEMMA Collins has opened up to fans about being in "agony" as she begged them for help in a topless clip.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to Instagram to reveal she was in pain after her "first working day" in 2023.

Gemma, 41, who recently returned from an extended family holiday in Israel, told her fans she was left in "agony".
"Guys, it's the first working day back of the year," she told her fans as she sat in a towel in her dressing room.
Looking natural without make-up and wet hair, she chatted to the camera alongside her pal and manager Mark Thomas.
"Mark is very excited about 2023, but I have got a trapped nerve and I'm in agony," she admitted to her fans.

Looking hunched over as she nursed her back, Gemma enthusiastically added: "The show has got to go on.
"Still got to work, James is here doing my hair and I still have to get dressed. I am in agony beyond belief.
"SOS, SOS. If anyone knows what I can do, please get in touch."
It comes after Gemma said she no longer wants to slim down further - despite her doctor warning her to lose weight.

The TV star admitted that after years of yo-yo dieting she's now finally happy and content with her appearance.
"I have made peace with my weight. This is me. I am never going to be a Victoria Secrets Model," she told The Sun.
"I struggle and I am real about it. It gets harder the older you get. I'm in my forties now.
"But at the end of the day I think I am attractive. I think I am gorgeous. There is a lot of junk in my trunk but I am always keeping an eye on my health."
Last summer Gemma revealed she had lost 3.5 stone as she overhauled her diet after her doctor told her to lose weight.
She added: "Doctors obviously tell me I need to lose weight but all my other tests are perfectly normal and healthy.
"You do feel better when you drop weight but I'm happy as I am."
