Helena, 53, shared the snap online to promote her new clothing range.
The model is one half of online retailer Staerk and Christensen which alongside her friend, Danish artist Camilla Stærk.
She recently posed wearing black lingerie in the back garden of her New York home.
Helena started modelling aged 18 and is still going strong.
She was born on Christmas Day in 1968 and usually spends her the festivities back in her native Denmark.
This year clearly she has still got a lot to celebrate.
