Abbey Clancy reveals her incredible figure and flexibility during impromptu beach yoga session
The Britain's Next Top Model host cut a zen figure during the relaxed workout
ABBEY Clancy revealed one of the ways she keeps her model figure in such great shape as she enjoyed a beach yoga session in Cape Verde.
The model took some time out from her duties as host of Britain's Next Top Model to stretch out her lean limbs and get in touch with nature with members of her crew.
The mother-of-two looked incredible as she showed off her flexibility with an array of bendy moves while simply dressed in a yellow Reebok crop top and black shorts.
She was joined by a small group of friends for the idyllic workout which saw them posing and stretching in a series of familiar yoga moves.
The Strictly champion proved she wasn't new to the art of yoga as she got stuck into the sequences, before it ended with light meditation.
Abbey, married to former England striker Peter Crouch, 35, will host the model competition show as it returns for its eleventh series on Lifetime next year.
Abbey gave birth to her second child, Liberty Rose, just four months ago and she’s already popped straight back into shape.
Her second pregnancy was not easy, with the 30-year-old model admitting she “was sick for nine months, exhausted [and] had awful headaches”.
She added: “My back was so sore but I found yoga helped.”
Abbey told Your Fitness: “The only time I sit down is when I go to bed. Keeping fit is a lot easier now that I live in Surrey and am surrounded by parks and amazing walks.”
She added:“I never workout with Pete, he does so much for his job already and even keeps it up on holiday, going for a run or hitting the gym and that’s a little too dedicated for me!”
Abbey is currently filming BNTM where she’s working as the head judge for the second year in a row.
