Ed Balls accidentally reveals Anastacia is booted out of Strictly Come Dancing BEFORE results show airs
The former MP quickly went back and edited the Facebook post
ED Balls suffered yet another, well, balls-up after he accidentally revealed who would be leaving the competition ahead of tonight's show.
The ex-politician made the gaffe after posting on Facebook after viewers watched the pair get sent through to next week.
Minutes later he quickly went back and edited the post.
In a screenshot grabbed by one eagle-eyed fan, he initially wrote: "Thanks so much - I loved being a mad scientist and dancing the Cha Cha - Katya's choreography was truly brilliant. So it's on to the Quick Step - very sadly without the lovely Anastacia...
"Blackpool is still a few weeks away but it would be wonderful for us to go back to where Katya has won so many British and world titles... we'll see, but thanks for everything so far !"
Just six minutes later he appeared to realise what he had done and edited the original post by deleting the line about Anastacia.
The results show, filmed last night but aired today, revealed that Anastacia and Brendan were the sixth couple to leave the competition after failing to impress in the Dance Off against Daisy Lowe and Aljaž Škorjanec.
Fans were left infuriated after Ed proved popular with voters and sailed through to next week despite sitting near the bottom of the judges' leaderboard.
