Strictly viewers infuriated as Ed Balls sails through while Daisy Lowe lands in the Dance Off second week in a row
Some have even suggested that the public shouldn't have a vote
STRICTLY Come Dancing viewers were left infuriated this evening after Ed Balls sailed through to next week - while Daisy Lowe and her partner Aljaž Skorjanec saw themselves in the Dance Off for the second week in a row.
Some fans have even suggested that the public should no longer be able to have a vote.
While Ed and Katya's hilariously wacky cha cha to 'Love Potion No. 9’ received a standing ovation from the audience, and Bruno branding it a "triumph", the pair saw themselves sitting near the bottom of the leaderboard with 26.
Daisy and Aljaž's passionate paso doble to ‘Please Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood’, on the other hand, had received an impressive 33 after an 8 and three 9s.
The judges had praised their performance, with Bruno Tonioli complimenting it and saying that it had the “flavour of Spain”.
However the pair once again found themselves in the bottom two and had to dance off against Anastacia and Brendan.
While Daisy and Aljaž were saved by the judges, fans of the show were left fuming that Ed and Katya weren't in their place.
One Strictly Come Dancing fan furiously tweeted: "People need to stop wasting votes on Ed Balls!!"
