SERIAL womaniser Calum Best appears to have snagged himself a new conquest - Towie favourite Chloe Sims.
The 35-year-old Love Island legend was a guest at The British Asian Trust's Elbrook Gala Dinner in Surrey last night - but it seems a sit down meal wasn't enough to satiate his notoriously healthy appetite.
Our exclusive pictures show the serial shagger getting to grips with single yummy mummy Chloe, 33, in the car park of Surrey restaurant Chak89.
According to one onlooker who was also a guest at the Elbrook Gala Dinner, the pair of them snuck off between courses to get physical outside.
They told The Sun online: "Calum was sat on another table to Chloe but he moved over to sit with her and Frankie Essex.
"He was obviously really taken with her, she was wearing a really revealing gown and looked incredible."
And it seems flashing her enhanced 34EE boobs really got the male model - son of football legend George - hot under the collar.
The source added: "As the evening progressed, they started getting quite cosy.
"When everyone was having dinner, the two of them nipped outside discretely for some privacy.
"It was out in the car park that they started getting physical with one another, they were really going for it.
"Calum's hands were all over her."
Before they headed outside, Calum played the gentleman card and gave Chloe his jacket.

She was pictured wearing it in while perched on the hunky model's lap, grinning coyly.
However a rep for Calum told The Sun online that the pair are simply close friends.
They said: "Chole and Calum have been friends for ten years.
"He was pleased to bump into her at the event.
"They were in the car park kissing each other goodbye at the end of the party and went their separate ways."
Chloe's unlucky love life has been central to many Towie storylines, with her most recent on-screen romance with Jon Clark.
She was also linked to Cheryl's ex-husband Jean Bernard Fernandez-Versini.
Meanwhile Calum has been most recently dating American Playboy model Lindsey Pelas.
Like Chloe she has an enviable cleavage, with her enhanced assets totting up to a whopping 30DDD.
The pair regularly pose up together for loved-up gym selfies, and have been trying to maintain a long distance relationship.
If Calum and Chloe end up making a go of it, perhaps they will become Towie's new top couple.
