Professor Green reveals furious rows with ex-wife Millie Mackintosh which ended their marriage
HOW a few of drinks with pals led to all-nighters and 'panic attacks' when turning on his phone to find angry texts and '61 missed calls'
DESPITE being wed to a reality star, the breakdown of PROFESSOR GREEN’s marriage to MILLIE MACKINTOSH wasn’t captured on camera.
His new song One Eye On The Door, which is out today, documents Millie’s anger at him coming home late from all-night benders — including the “61 missed calls” he’d find on his phone the next morning.
Pro — real name STEPHEN MANDERSON — paid a visit to Bizarre HQ yesterday where he took over my column.
He said: “I think she’ll probably say, ‘Well at least he’s being honest about that. That definitely happened once or twice’.
“It’s a song that was probably written after a time I got in trouble. I wrote that over a year ago.
“The whole song is just about when you say, ‘Yeah, I’ll be home early, I promise’, then your mates go, ‘Come on, stay for one more drink’.
“Then one more drink turns into someone’s kitchen, staying up until God knows what hour putting the world to rights.
“Then sunlight starts to appear through the curtains and you realise you have to face the music.
“You turn on your phone and have a panic attack about the text messages and missed calls.
“Then you go back with your tail between your legs saying, ‘I’m really sorry, I won’t do it again’ . . . until next week.”
Lyrics on the track include: “I’ll probably get kicked out of my house, ’til I come back with a brand new Chanel bag and shoes but I refuse to wave a white towel.”
In another line, he raps: “S***, I’m dead — I don’t know where the time went. Where’s my phone? S***, 61 missed calls. A divorce is on the cards if I don’t split and get my ar*e in gear.”
Pro and Millie seemed set for life after getting wed in 2013, but their relationship quickly fell apart.
They split at the beginning of the year before being granted a quickie divorce months later. He said: “Ultimately what happened was two people got married — not to get divorced — and it didn’t work, which is just really sad.
“That’s the truth of it.
“Therefore I would rather just move forward. No resentment.” But if Pro has his way, it might not be the last he sees of Millie.
When asked which celebs he would like to see take part in the next series of his and MEL B’s Channel 5 series Lip Sync Battle, he immediately replied: “Millie could be on there.
“She could sing Shout Out To My Ex by LITTLE MIX.”
Now that I’d like to see.
Pro Green has now vowed NEVER to date another reality star, adding: "Once bitten, twice shy." But there are still a few famous faces he'd love to take out on a date.
I WANT TO BE A PRO ACTOR
STEPHEN has successfully presented BBC documentaries on male suicide, homelessness and dangerous dogs.
Now fans will be pleased to learn he has more projects on the way.
He said: “There’s two with the BBC. I’ve got so many ideas for new ones as well.
“There’s really, really exciting stuff coming up.”
Pro’s time in front of the camera has given him the urge to try acting, too.
He added: “I’ve always felt like it’s not something I’ve studied to do.
“But with the more TV I do and the more music videos as well, it’s something that I would consider now.”
Geordie Vicky has my back
EVERY rapper worth his salt needs a mate to back them up when times get tough.
In Pro Green’s case it’s former Geordie Shore wildchild VICKY PATTISON.
Speaking during a special Facebook Live stream on my page, Pro revealed that Vicky once offered to take care of an unknown nemesis of his ex-wife Millie.
He said: “She was really sweet. Someone had been rude about my ex and she said if she saw them she’d . . .
“I think a polite way of putting it is that she would knock them out, which I found quite sweet and endearing.
“I was a big Geordie Shore fan for a while. I became a little bit addicted.” During the broadcast Pro shared his thoughts on celeb singletons including ANGELINA JOLIE, EMMA WATSON and X Factor’s HONEY G.
But there is no chance of romance with Vicky. He said: “There was a lot of grubby stuff that happened on Geordie Shore.
“I don’t think I could date anyone on that show.”

He's a pal at Glast
ADELE’s ballads have touched the hearts of millions – but they also ended a feud between two of Britain’s biggest stars.
Pro and ROBBIE WILLIAMS had fallen out after the TAKE THAT star cancelled a collaboration.
He featured on a track with DIZZEE RASCAL instead, leading Pro to accuse Robbie of “stringing him along”.
But after meeting backstage at Glastonbury while Adele was performing her headline set last summer, the stars made up.
Pro said: “We had a cuddle at Glastonbury while watching Adele. It was all down to Adele.
“I was p***ed off that he wasted my time. But he sent me a really nice email saying sorry and it takes a proper person to apologise.”
Now it seems a bromance is blossoming. Pro added: “He was wicked, a real charming b******.”
