The TV star also accused of actual bodily harm following a 3am brawl at her 30th birthday bash in Essex.

Dan's spokesman told The Sun: “What I can say is that Dan felt provoked during the incident and is confident that he will clear his name when the full details become clear.”

Sources close to the family say Dan was confident he would clear his name.

The guest with the broken jaw was initially too poorly to give a statement and remained in hospital for four days.

One of the injured was a 21-year-old cousin of Jacqueline’s who lives in Eltham, South East London.

A source said: “It was a mass brawl that turned really nasty. A number of partygoers have been badly injured. One guest required facial surgery.

“Jac was crying because her dream birthday do turned sour.”

Police were trying to obtain CCTV footage of the fight on November 6.

Earlier Jacqueline had shared a clip on her Instagram story of her braving the cold in an off-the-shoulder black lace dress.

The ex-EastEnders star had her hair in loose waves and wore a full face of glam make-up.

She wrote: “30 and thriving. Couldn’t be happier right now. Feel so blessed and have everything I need and more.”

Influencer Jacqueline — who played the soap's Lauren Branning from 2010-18 — recently hinted at renewing her vows with Dan when she shared an Insta image of what looked like in a wedding dress.
