X Factor’s hottest couple Ryan Lawrie and Emily Middlemas reveal the knew each other THREE years ago

X FACTOR lovebirds Ryan Lawrie and Emily Middlemas have revealed all about their relationship, and how they actually knew each other years ago.

The couple have officially been together for eight months, but explain that they first met on the Glasgow music scene three years ago.

Speaking to Ok! Magazine, Emily, 18, said: “We’d always speak to each other after shows, but I was so nervous around Ryan that I could barely have a conversation with him.’

Ryan, 20, added: “I would ask her out all the time but she would always say she was busy. I know now it’s because she was so scared!’

On experiencing the show together, Emily said: “We’re a really strong couple anyway.

“When one of us leaves that will be the hardest part, but in the long run it will probably make us even stronger.

She added: “Ryan is the most loyal boyfriend I could ever wish to have.”

The couple also revealed the truth about THOSE rumours that they were caught having sex on the stairs of the X Factor house.

Ryan said: ‘If you could see those stairs you would understand how utterly ridiculous that story is! They have glass sides – I’m not even sure that would work! There’s no chance we would do anything like that while living with other people.’

 

The couple revealed all to this week’s Ok! magazine

Emily added: “We knew there would be some stories, but that one [about having sex on the stairs] really upset me.

“It’s disgusting that someone would make up something like that, especially when we’re so young and just starting out in our careers.

“It was horrible for my family to read something like that, too.”
