SHARON Osbourne has opened up about the real reason she believes Honey G has managed to keep her place on the show.
The rapper, 35, has amused audiences throughout the competition but angered others who reckon she has taken the place of more talented
singers.
But Sharon has insisted her act deserves her place because she raises the mood of the whole show, week after week.
Speaking to The Sun after Sunday’s episode, she said: "Who would have thought that when Honey came to audition she was going to be an
Internet hit. Would you have thought?
“She is an upper for everyone. Love her or hate her people still want to see what she's going to do next week.
“This is a singing contest but it's also there for entertainment."
Sharon, 64, is now eager to nail down the perfect song and staging to entertain audiences during Saturday’s Fright Night themed episode.
She joked: “I can be pretty wicked. No idea what I'll do with Honey yet. I wonder if they're allowed to dress up."
However, the judge confessed she has been struggling to deal with her workload on the ITV programme.

She has been flying between London and Los Angeles each week for the live shows and has sparked fears she is “mentally exhausted.”
Concerns were heightened when she forgot the name of her act Saara Aalto in the sing-off on last week's Sunday night show.
But now she has revealed she dreads the results show following the lengthy episodes on Saturday evenings.
She explained: “It’s great to be back but it’s always, you know, you dread the Sundays.
“You forget, because the Saturday is always triumphant and then you go, ‘Oh s***, it’s Sunday and I hate Sundays.’
“You have to stand up there and you get the old lump starting in your throat.”
She also admitted she still finds it tough when one of her acts gets voted off the competition, as Relley C, 27, did last night.
She said: “It doesn’t get any easier. You get attached and I remembered Relley from three years ago and when she turned up at the
auditions.
“A lot of people come on the show and when they come off they’re a bit of a pain but this one’s a keeper.”
