KATE Ferdinand was out to impress as she showed off her slender physique on Instagram. 

The TV star wowed as she took to Instagram to show off both her envious abs and her impressive outfit. 

The wife of footballer Rio Ferdinand beamed into the camera for the snap as she let her blonde locks flow loosely around her shoulders. 

Her abs were on full display in the matching co-ord, clearly the result of time and effort spent getting into shape in the gym. 

The intricate design featured a multi-coloured pattern as she accessorised the look with a small black handbag that she kept on her shoulder and tucked closely to her side. 

The blonde beauty captioned the stunning snap with a simple orange heart as fans were quick to rush to the comments to remark on Kate’s flawless look.

Kate married her footballer beau in September 2019 and they welcomed a son together, Cree, a little over a year later. 

Kate worked as a business support manager for a big team in a bank before shooting to fame on Towie in 2015.

She quit the ITVBe show to spend more time with Rio and his family.
