Inside Kylie Jenner’s massive real estate empire- from $36M LA mansion to brand-new construction on Palm Springs estate
BY the age of just 25, Kylie Jenner has already amassed an incredible portfolio of luxury properties.
From her Palm Springs vacation pad to her $36.5m main home, let’s take a look at the Kylie Cosmetics mogul’s realty empire.
HOLME SWEET HOLME
Kyle’s main house is a $36.5m resort-style compound in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles.
The neighborhood is favored by many celebrities because its long winding driveways and quiet cul-de-sacs offer privacy away from the tourists, while the area is conveniently located near Hollywood, Santa Monica, and downtown LA.
Kyle’s pad not only features seven bedrooms and 14 baths, it’s own movie theatre, and a swimming pool, but also four guests houses, perfect for her supersized extended family.
There's also a chef's kitchen and even a dedicated guard’s house.

For keeping active, there are game rooms, a gym, and a sports court.
She bought the house, which is 19,250 square foot, in 2020 when she was just 22 years old.
It’s understand to be her sole main residence.
PRETTY VACANT
But Kylie’s main home is just one of numerous properties in her arsenal.
She also owns a five acre plot of land in the Hidden Hills, a secluded area of LA that her mom Kris Jenner, and her sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian all call home.
Paying $15 million for the mostly-flat land, Kylie’s purchase broke records for the area in 2020.
The plot was previously owned by Miley Cyrus, who bought the house that previously sat on the land in 2015.
However, the owner who bought the plot three years later bulldozed the house.
After any hopes of construction were put on hold due to the pandemic, Kylie began work on the land in November 2021, aerial photos revealed.
It is unclear how much time Kylie and Travis, who welcomed their second baby in February, spend at the house together.
The Sun previously revealed that the two have separate living arrangements, which Travis prefers to maintain his creativity.
A source explained: “Travis insists he needs his own place - saying to Kylie it has nothing to do with how he feels about her or the children, but that he can't be a music star and a dad together.
"When he's with her and the kids, he's 100% in daddy mode, but when he's at his home, he's working on his career.”
DROP IT LIKE IT’S HOT
In 2019, Kylie dropped $3.25m on a Palm Springs lot near her mom Kris’ vacation home.
The city of Palm Springs, which is around 100 miles from LA, is popular with the rich and famous for its warm winter climate.
It’s therefore very likely that Kylie bought the plot to have a home-away-from-home that she can enjoy with her children.
Both her and Kris’ lots are part of The Madison Club, a secluded golf course community in La Quinta.
Kylie is believed to have bought a spec home which is yet to be built.

But when completed, the house will boast stunning backyard features including a stylish rectangular pool, outdoor fireplaces, and illuminated tree sculptures.
Kim followed her sisters' move by buying the plot next door in 2020 with her then-husband Kanye West.
