The reality TV love rat chose to dress up for their date night in a white T-shirt emblazoned with an image showing the blonde busting out of racy black lingerie.
Meanwhile in real life, the tattoo model looked equally raunchy sporting a grey mini dress dotted with holes that flashed a glimpse of her black underwear and tanned body underneath.
The pair have been teasing fans with their relationship status but certainly looked all loved-up as they prepared to party in Manchester.
Jemma, who has posted numerous Snapchat uploads showing them in saucy poses and getting frisky in bed, looked sexy in her barely-there clobber which she paired with matching thigh-high boots.
The Ex On The Beach beauty flashed her tattoos from under the shirt-sleeved design on a chilly evening in the northern city.
She showed off her new bright blue hairstyle from underneath a cute black hat with a fluffy bobble and was all smiles as she clutched Stephen's hand.
The pair didn't seem to mind being snapped together and smiled as they passed the waiting photographers.
They didn't let go of each other as they headed inside the venue, with Stephen proving eye-catching in a pair of skintight white jeans and a red bandanna scraping his hair off his face.
He rounded off his casual look with a bright blue pair of trainers.
Last week, the pair couldn't keep their hands off each other as they puckered up on a night out.
They were spotted kissing and cuddling as they headed out for dinner with Stephen's Snapchat showing a sweet shot of him pulling Jemma in close and pouting for a kiss.
At the same time, he took to his Instagram page to post a shot of their matching heart tattoos inked onto their hands with a simple caption of an Emoji paw print.

Despite their recent string of cosy selfies together, Jemma is adamant they’re just friends.
She says: “We’ll have a little cuddle in bed but there’s nothing more to it.
“Bear won Big Brother and then got in touch with me, we’re just good friends and we’re having a good time.
