Fears for Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips as she collapses and is rushed to medics at NTAs

LOVE Island's Shaughna Phillips was forced to leave the NTAs halfway through the ceremony after fainting inside Wembley's OVO Arena.

The reality star, 28,  had to be carried out by her manager after unexpectedly falling ill on the star-studded night.

Shaughna sparked fears for her health after her episode on Thursday night.

The Love Island favourite looked stunning in a white lace catsuit that clung to her curves, had a ball earlier in the evening as she joined the glam line-up of stars on the red carpet including Ekin-Su and Alison Hammond.

A source told The Sun: "Shaughna said she was feeling unwell and then fainted. It was really worrying for everyone with her.

"She was taken care of and then she was sent back to her hotel.

"Shaughna was pretty upset by it all. It was a horrible thing to happen."

The following morning, a devastated Shaughna took to Instagram to explain to her fans what happened.

She said: "I just want to put it out there that I wasn't drunk.

"I nearly fainted.

"I don't know what happened to me."

She added: "I just had this absolute dodgy turn, and yeah, I had to take my shoes off and be helped out by my manager."

"Now I'm in bed."

Shaughna, who shot to fame on Winter Love Island two years ago, showed she had a good sense of humour about it all.

She beamed: "Just in case anyone did see and thought she's seen better days, correct.

"I wasn't drunk, thanks."
