Katie Price facing new council row over turning Mucky Mansion into secondhand car lot
KATIE Price is facing a new council row over turning her £2million Mucky Mansion into a secondhand car lot - despite her driving ban.
Several vehicles including a Mercedes, Range Rover, Jaguar and VW Beetle have been pictured parked outside, sparking a council probe into if Katie's salesman fiance Carl Woods, 32, was storing motors there.
Carl ran his secondhand car business from his dad's Essex home but recently changed the address to Katie's Mucky Mansion house in West Sussex.
Officials at the local council first launched an investigation into the 'alleged running of a second-hand car business' last December but the case was closed in March.
Now a second enforcement case has been opened and is 'pending consideration' with a decision due later this year on December 5.
Under planning laws, the storing and selling of cars from a private residential address could be deemed an unauthorised 'change of use' of the property.

It could be found to be 'not incidental to the enjoyment of the house' and planning permission could have to be applied for, and granted.
The running of a secondhand car business could also be deemed to have a detrimental effect on neighbours' homes, the character of the area and environment, and highway safety.
The first council probe came as Katie, 44, was spared jail over a drink-fuelled crash on a country lane near her home in September last year.
She was given a 16-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving ban for flipping her uninsured BMW X5 into a hedge while disqualified from the road and under the influence.

Katie's £2million home was dubbed Mucky Mansion after falling into a state of disrepair including a collapsed ceiling and flooded kitchen - but is now being done up in a second series of her C4 show.
It is not the first time the keen horse rider has been accused of riding roughshod over planning laws.
Three years ago, her local council began enforcement proceedings after she started building work on a beauty studio, gym and horse paddock without permission.
And in 2004, the former glamour model was ordered to reduce the frontage at her former Sussex home.
She was served with an enforcement notice, giving her a month to take down a 6ft fence and gate she built without planning permission.

She appealed against the council's decision but a Government planning inspector ruled that she should reduce the height of the fence and replace the solid wooden gate with an open five-bar one.
Katie's rep has been approached for comment.
