The 61-year-old looked delighted as she filmed a clip of herself in her fitness gear.
Carol donned a figure-hugging black gym top and black leggings for the session and wore her locks down.
She told fans: “So I’m in gym set again. I’ve had a good weight session and everything and I’m really enjoying it.”
Carol’s fans quickly complimented her on her look, with one person writing: “Beautiful and gorgeous as ever Carol."

Carol opted for her blonde locks down in loose waves and a glam makeup look to go with the flattering illuminous green frock.
She partnered the dress with some nude heels and looked beautiful in the age-defying gown.

Carol asked fans whether what she was wearing was the “dress of the week.”
The TV presenter, who has been married in the past, recently said she's given up on the idea of monogamy in favour of having "special friends".
Speaking on This Morning she said: "I have ignored the looking for one person and I have a number of what I've called 'special friends'."
Speaking about the blokes, she continued: "They don't know each other, but they know about it. It's a very honest relationship.
"One of them has gone on for many more years than my marriage. Yeah, it's over 10 years. Another is seven.
"He's an astronaut. He rang me from the space station."
