There'll be a mixed bag of tunes between them from Elvis to Rihanna to Candi Staton
STRICTLY Come Dancing has revealed what the couples will be dancing to in week five as it announced their songs and dances tonight.
From Elvis Presley to Rihanna to Candi Staton, the remaining 11 couples will be taking on very different songs to each other as they compete to stay in the competition this weekend.
The first announcement was made on tonight’s spin-off show It Takes Two as host Zoe Ball revealed that Ed Balls and partner Katya Jones will be dancing the American Smooth to Tony Christie’s Is This The Way To Amarillo.
Louise and Kevin will perform the Rumba to Elvis Presley’s Always on My Mind, while Greg and Natalie will take on the Cha Cha to Rihanna’s We Found Love.
Shortly afterwards, a post went on the official Strictly site revealing what everyone else will be dancing to.
Anastacia and Brendan will dance the Quickstep to Frank Sinatra’s My Kind of Town, Claudia and AJ will perform the Samba to Candi Staton’s Young Hearts Run Free and Daisy and Aljaz will dance the Charleston to Happy Feet.
Danny and Oti will take on the Rumba to How Will I Know, Judge Rinder and Oksana will perform a jive to Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and Laura and Giovanni will also perform a jive, but to Reet Petite by Jackie Wilson.
Lesley and Anton will take on the Tango to Whatever Lola Wants and Ore and Joanne will dance the Waltz to I Will Always Love You.
They are currently top of the leader board on 39 points after their show-stopping Jive earned them the top score of the night.
But it was the end of the road for BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty who, along with partner Pasha Kovalev was voted out after facing Anastacia and Brendan in the dance off.
