Pierce's jealousy has hit boiling point as Rhona struggles to do the right thing by ex Paddy and now they might never get the chance to fix it
Life in Emmerdale isn't going to get any better this week.
In the second of the super soap week's episodes, which see characters from the soap relive the same day from different perspectives, Rhona Goskirk, her estranged husband Paddy Kirk and her boyfriend Pierce Harris have all been left in danger.
Hinting at the carnage to come, Pierce was furious at Rhona for inviting Paddy to see her son Leo's school play, leading to him storming out and the pair almost splitting up.
But after nearly arriving at the airport, Pierce changed his mind and opted to head back to the village to try to fix things with Rhona.
But after the row, Rhona headed off to see son Leo who had been whisked off for a camping trip with Paddy and Marlon.
Only once she arrives, Pierce calls her and the pair apologies, but when she lies about where she is, Pierce furiously decides to confront her and drives to the campsite.
Spotting Rhona hugging Paddy, Pierce began shouting before driving off in a huff.
But as Rhona begged Paddy to help her save her relationship, he jumped in his car and sped off after Pierce.
But as the former couple bickered over their driving speed, horror struck as the they both cried out in shock as they spotted an upturned car in front of them.
Then as the episode ended, they slammed the break on and Rhona screamed for Paddy.
The episode comes after Monday night's episode which ended on a similar note with Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden in their car.
But could they be in the upturned car in front and more importantly, who will be the villager to die?
