Sam Faiers breaks her social media silence after Ferne McCann ‘fat c***’ voice note row
SAM Faiers broke her social media silence today after Ferne McCann was accused of calling her a “fat c***” in a shocking voice note.
The mum-of-three, 31, shared a picture of her daughter Rosie heading to school with a can of beans for Harvest Festival – ignoring the ongoing drama.
Earlier this weeks a leaked voicemail started to go viral, appearing to feature Ferne speaking about her former best friend and Towie co-star.
The voice on the recording is heard saying: “Sam Faiers is fat c***. Her thighs are so big and I looked really skinny today.”
The voice in the message is not confirmed to be Ferne.
Last night a new recording was shared on Instagram with audio of a person who sounds like Ferne, saying: “She is just a narcissistic b***h .

“It’s just so s**t on people that have worked hard, because she’s got a big following. It’s just ridiculous, it’s out of order.”
Again it’s not clear if the person speaking is Ferne or who they are referring to.
Ferne and Sam are yet to comment publicly on the situation but Sam’s furious mum Suzie called it a “vile attack”.
She told her followers: “Ferne has always been a very close family member to all of us over the past 20 years.
“It appears the voice note was sent just weeks after Samantha gave birth back in May.”
Suzie went on: “Since the voice note has surfaced more have been sent – very upsetting nasty things.
“We are as shocked as you are! Nobody should ever speak about their friends like this ever!”
The pair grew up together in Essex and later co-starred in The Only Way Is Essex – but Sam left in 2014 and Ferne quit two years later.
Their friendship became strained in 2017 when Ferne launched her own reality show, Ferne McCann: First Time Mum, which documented her pregnancy and the birth of daughter Sunday, who she shares with ex Arthur Collins.

The launch of the programme came a few years after Sam launched The Baby Diaries, which was swiftly followed by The Mummy Diaries – and sources say Sam thought Ferne was “copying her”.
But the rift ended in 2018 at Sam’s sister Billie’s hen do in Ibiza – as Ferne is best friends with Billie, the pair had to come face to face.
