Ferne McCann defended by fans after she’s accused of ‘fatshaming’ Sam Faiers as new voice notes emerge
FERNE McCann has been defended by fans after it was claimed she fat-shamed Sam Faiers in a voice not.
The ex Towie star was accused of calling Sam a “fat c***” with “big thighs” in a voice note on Wednesday and Sam's mother Susie called the audio "a vile attack".

A new recording has been shared on Instagram with audio of a person who sounds like Ferne, saying: “She is just a narcissistic b***h ..
“It’s just so s**t on people that have worked hard, because she’s got a big following. It’s just ridiculous, it’s out of order.”
It is not clear if the person speaking is Ferne or who they are referring too and fans quickly jumped to the reality TV star’s defence.
“She could be talking about anyone in showbiz,” wrote one.

Another added: “Is that it ? Where does it say anything about Sam?”
Another ranted over a lack of detail in the recording, as they penned: “There is no context though?”
“It honestly sounds as if she is reading something finishes reading then comments says erm yeah like confirming that’s it, the end of the quoted comment. And the 2nd clip uploaded is even less context.”
The Sun has contacted Ferne and Sam for comment.

It comes within hours of Sam's mum claiming Celeb SAS star Ferne had launched a "vile attack" on her daughter after leaked voice notes appeared online.
Heartbroken Suzie Wells revealed the recording contained some "very upsetting things" and had come as a "complete shock" to the family.
The voice on the recording is heard saying that Sam is a "fat c***" and also appears to body shame the Towie star, describing her thighs as "so big".
Suzie has broken her silence telling fans she could "no longer sit back and say nothing".
'VERY UPSETTING'
Taking to social media, the 53-year-old said: "So after a few days of hurt and upset, I can no longer sit back and say nothing.
"This has come as a complete shock to myself and my family.
"Ferne has always been a very close family member to all of us over the past 20 years.
"It appears the voice note was sent just weeks after Samantha gave birth back in May."
Suzie went on: "Since the voice note has surfaced more have been sent - very upsetting nasty things.
"We are as shocked as you are! Nobody should ever speak about their friends like this ever!
"My girls are my absolute everything and I'll do anything to protect them. I don't have anything else to say on the matter."
Insiders say Sam has now blocked Ferne and this week unfollowed her on Instagram.
The pair grew up together in Essex and later co-starred in The Only Way Is Essex - but Sam left in 2014 and Ferne quit two years later.
But the rift ended in 2018 at Sam’s sister Billie’s hen do in Ibiza - as Ferne is best friends with Billie, the pair had to come face to face.

Sam later revealed: "We haven’t spoken about it and I doubt we will. We’ve both moved on.
"We attended my sister Billie's bridal shower in Ibiza and we saw each other the other day at the Pride of Britain Awards, so we’re just over it now."
