Megan McKenna and Pete Wicks have emotional first meeting on the street in Towie after they split when she found out he was sexting other women

MEGAN McKenna and love-rat Pete Wicks crossed paths for the first time since they returned to the UK from Essex.

The pair were attending a cancer charity ball in Sugarhut when they bumped into each other in the street.

Megan had left the party as she couldn't handle being in the same room as Pete, and was waiting for her dad to pick her up when he approached her for a chat.

Looking emotional Pete told her: "I am totally and utterly in love with you, I want you back, I'm not going to stop."

He even admitted he wanted to marry her, despite not wanting to get married before.

He added: "I one hundred per cent want to fix this, no matter how long it takes".

Megan looked really conflicted and confused during the conversation as she stood under her umbrella.

The 24-year-old told her ex that she didn't know if she could ever put what happened behind her.

She said: "I love you, you know I love you. I don't know if I can ever trust you again. I don't know if I can be with someone who I'm always going to worry about."

As she got into the car with her dad she told him: "I can't be in the same place as him at the moment."

Pictures emerged a few days ago of the episode being filmed and Megan was seen giving her ex the cold shoulder.

Megan was left heartbroken when she discovered Pete had been sending saucy messages to his former lover, but she decided to give him another chance.

However, the sexy reality star told us she later caught him messaging 10 other girls behind her back, prompting her to end the relationship for good.

She said: “I had a weird feeling in my stomach… Pete had been ‘off’ with me for about a week, it was my birthday coming up and we’d had a few rows because he made me feel like he hated me, so I looked in his phone.

“I never expected to find what I did. I didn’t just find one text, I found a lot… There were 10 different girls.”
