Nicola Peltz reveals she was GHOSTED by Victoria Beckham as she breaks her silence on wedding dress drama
NICOLA Peltz has revealed that she was ghosted by her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham over details of her wedding dress.
In a cover interview with Grazia USA, she explained that she didn't "snub" Victoria by not wearing a dress designed by her for her wedding to son, Brooklyn.
She was, however, ghosted by her during the design process.
"Well, I was planning on wearing Victoria's wedding dress," the 27-year-old told the US magazine.
"I was truly excited to be able to wear a design that my future mother-in-law created. I thought that was so beautiful and such a beautiful story."
"I thought, 'Oh, this is going to be so fun. One of my best friends and my mom.'

"We connected to start designing the dress, and then a few days went by and I didn't hear anything.
"Victoria called my mom and said her atelier couldn't make it. So, I spoke to my mom and Leslie, and I was like, 'Well, unfortunately, this can't happen, so what's the next step?'"
Nicola then explained how she came to wear her haute couture Valentino gown when marrying into the Beckham clan, travelling to Rome to find her fairytale dress.
She added: "I've been a fan of Valentino and their couture for so long. I was really lucky to be able to travel to the atelier to try on the dress. That's what really happened."
"When I read things that say I was never planning on wearing a Victoria Beckham dress or things like that, it does hurt my feelings.
"I try not to let it, but it's just not the truth. It's just a bit of a bummer when you're like, 'Oh, people think that,' but it's just not true."
Nicola chose to wear a Victoria Beckham dress to announce her engagement to Brooklyn in July 2020.
It was confirmed by sources at the time that Victoria was hoping to design Nicola's wedding gown for the big day.
She told The Sun: "Victoria is keen to design Nicola's wedding dress and has been showering her with gifts from her latest collection.
"Victoria would like to keep it in the family when it comes to the gown and is thrilled Nicola has agreed."
