MARRIED At First Sight star Thomas Hartley has shown off his dramatic hair transformation.

The 31-year-old reality star shared a look at his shaved head as he got rid of his dark locks for a new style.

Taking to social media, the mental health care assistant showed off his new do on while recording a video.

Thomas’ shaved head was met by praise from fans who complimented the look, with one person writing: “Oh wow… I love this look on you, your just so bloody fabulous!”

Another said: “You look absolutely amazing,” and a third shared: “You look cute with short hair,” followed by a flame emoji.

Thomas has had a hair transplant, filler, his ears pinned and two sets of veneers in his quest for beauty perfection.

He’s been very open about his procedures on the show, but admitted that getting Botox injected into his creaseless face was a 'stupid' thing to do.

He told Closer: "I don't want any drastic surgery. I don't want to change the way I look but when you watch yourself back, you do think 'oooh, I'll have a little tweak here and there.'

"You have to be sensible though. I don't want to end up looking like Michael Jackson. But you can't have bad brows in Liverpool. They're like the nipples of the face."

Thomas and show husband Adrian Sanderson, 37, have endured a roller coaster time since saying I Do on the E4 reality show.

The couple had a feisty spat on their honeymoon and constantly bicker and clash.

Manchester-based Adrian was asked by the experts whether he felt he was getting to know the "real" Thomas on their honeymoon.

Speaking honestly, he replied: "No."

He added: "I just felt like I can’t have a conversation because I don’t know what I’m dealing with, but I did very quickly begin to get the defensiveness and his insecurities were coming through.

"The bigger Thomas got, the smaller Adrian got. The louder Thomas got, the quieter Adrian got."

Thomas retorted: "I am a lunatic, so I’m fully aware of what I’m like, I’m really hard work, and that’s fine, but I want to be the best version of my hard work that I can be."

Yet things became distasteful when Thomas - who has frequently taken jibes at Adrian's appearance - criticised him again.

He raged to the camera: "Captain curtains can f**k off," in reference to his spouse's hair style.

Fans were quick to react to his slur, with one taking to Twitter to muse: "Not Thomas telling Whitney he's not rude to his husband when hes called him H from steps😭 Captain curtains😭 and telling him to f**k off at any given reason😭😭#MAFSUK."
