Home Alone actor Devin Ratray accused of drugging and raping his female friend in his apartment
HOME Alone star Devin Ratray has been accused of drugging and raping his female friend in his apartment - allegations that he strongly denies.
Lisa Smith claimed the alleged attack happened in New York in September 2017.
Ratray, who is best known for playing Buzz McCallister in the 1990 Christmas film, has strongly denied the allegations.
The 45-year-old told that they didn’t have sex.
Smith told the outlet that she went to the actor’s home with her brother and a pal after a night out.
She believes she was drugged, claiming: “I remember waking up and I couldn’t move.”

Smith said that she “couldn’t really open her eyes” and claimed the alleged assault felt like an “eternity”.
She wanted an update on the case after learning that Ratray had been arrested in connection with an incident involving his ex-girlfriend.
Smith claimed that prosecutors believed she didn’t want to be identified and didn’t want to press charges.
She claimed she was told by cops that the case was closed.

She told CNN that she was “devastated” after alleging that cops failed to investigate the case fully.
She claimed that she had cooperated with police and provided clothes that she supposedly wore on the night of the alleged attack.
The allegations come months after Ratray was accused of trying to strangle his ex-girlfriend.
He was charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation before being released on a $25,000 bond.
Ratray's ex claimed he began "strangling her and putting his hand over her mouth," as their alleged fight escalated.
She then alleged that she bit Ratray’s hand before he reportedly punched her in the face, according to documents obtained by
Ratray has pleaded not guilty and faces a hearing in October.
