CHRISTINE McGuinness revealed her sensational figure in skintight gymwear after a "therapy" session.

The 34-year-old has been taking care of herself after she and TV host Paddy announced their shock split earlier this month after 11 years of marriage and three children together.

Christine beamed in the video wearing a matching gym-set.

She showed off her impressive cleavage in a plunging black crop top which also revealed her flat tummy.

The reality TV star teamed it with tight cycling shorts.

She showed off her natural beauty wearing very little make-up and wore her hair in a bun for the late night workout.

Christine put herself through the paces on weight machines and a treadmill while doing lots of toning exercises.

She captioned the video: "It’s been a while. Today I needed some gym therapy.

"I got a good 45 minutes in and I feel so much better!"

In a previous post, Christine looked as though she was sending a subliminal message to her ex Paddy after their marriage breakdown.

She was filmed pouting in a video to a track with the lyrics "I'm on top of the world."

The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star also teased an exciting new project in a sweet Instagram post.

She wrote alongside it: "And suddenly you know. It's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings."
