Inside Carol Vorderman’s £1.4k a WEEK juice retreat as she drops a dress size and shows off incredible figure

Juicy Oasis is a seven-day retreat and have a range of facilities to offer to guests.

A typical day consists of meditation, followed by yoga, then a walk and circuit training.

Guests then have juice, a spin glass and another session of yoga.

In the afternoon they have another juice, followed by high intensity training, rebounding and a game of volleyball.

At 4pm guests drink another juice, yoga and finish the day with soup.

But staying at Juicy Oasis doesn't come cheap as it can cost from £1475 for a room for a week.

Carol has loved keeping fans up to date with what she's been up to at the retreat.

Last week Carol showed off her incredible abs as she posed in crop top and leggings at a boot camp.

She later treated fans to an eyeful in her bikini after almost dropping her phone in swimming pool while on her break.

Earlier this week Carol wowed her followers she posed in a bikini top and Daisy Duke shorts.

The 61-year-old revealed she has dropped a dress size in just two weeks while taking part in a juice based retreat.

TV star Carol told her fans: “We're coming home soon....still another day to go.

“18 days -3 days (going to restaurants) = 15 days on juice here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale

“I've dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm. 💪🏼.”

She added: “It's a special place here. So chilled out and happy. Jason has created the magic alright.”

Last night she wowed fans once again as she hit the gym in tight lycra.

 Carol revealed she was exercising with former footballer Alex Scott as she thanked her for supporting her in the gym.

She wrote: “Thursday morning....she was looking for me....my gym bud  found me eventually on the  💪.

“She definitely pumps bigger weights than I do and is a gazillion times fitter than I have ever been....but what a star she is.....getting me round the circuit.

“Go Alex.....and thanks for all the things you and the other girls promote.... not just for sport but for all women. I love this generation and all the things you do...❤️❤️❤️.”
