Michelle Keegan hits the gym as she keeps in shape ahead of next series of Our Girl
Actress set on keeping fit as she lets off some steam during workout session
ACTRESS Michelle Keegan makes sure she maintains her killer figure as she heads to the gym.
The Our Girl star was spotted going for a workout in Essex where she lives with reality star husband Mark Wright.
Wearing an all-black outfit with white trainers and a leather jacket, along with designer handbags, the beauty was wearing jewellery including her much-talked about wedding ring.
And it appeared she had something stuck in her teeth too.
She's recently had to dodge rumours of a troubled marriage as she's been seen out without her £20,000 wedding ring.
Of the rumours, she admitted last month that it had been tough - but they were stronger than ever.
After the couple enjoyed a romantic beach break in Majorca, she said: “We don’t read what is written about us. Are the rumours rubbish? Yeah. We are all very good and everything is fine.
“I have been so busy and Mark has been so busy.
“It was so nice to have each other’s undivided attention and not to have to plan anything.
"It wasn’t like, ‘I need to be up for filming’ or ‘I need to do the radio’. It was just downtime.”
The former Corrie actress has recently finished filming Our Girl and it’s been announced that she’ll be returning for the second series playing the role of army medic Georgie Lane.
The brunette said of the show: "I'm so happy that we'll be back for another series as I think there's definitely more stories to tell with Georgie.
"It was an amazing experience filming with such an incredible group of people and I can't wait to do it all over again."
The 29-year-old has also just showed off a new hairdo.
Sharing a picture on Instagram, she wrote of her shorter hair: “Sometimes change is good!”
Speaking about her time working in South Africa for Our Girl, she says she learnt to appreciate her family even more.
“It isn’t just the hard-hitting action stuff, it’s about the emotional journey these people go on.
“Being part of Our Girl has definitely given me a newfound respect for the army and their families.
"I’ve always respected the people who go abroad to fight for our country but I didn’t really understand what they were doing out there.
“People give up their lives and it’s not just them who are affected, there’s also the families who watch them go off.
“It made me value my loved ones more, one million per cent.”
