ANYONE FOR DOUBLES?

Elton John and tennis star Billie Jean King could pass for twins as they share a high five

The singer was also keen to show off his skills on the court

ELTON John ditched his piano for a racket as he showed off his tennis skills on court, under the watchful eye of legendary tennis play Billie Jean King.

And the similarities between the pair didn't end there as 69-year-old Elton appeared the spitting image of the 73-year-old multiple Grand Slam winner.

Holding hands after a high five, the pals were seen wearing matching tracksuits and glasses at the TeamTennis Smash Hits charity tennis event, in aid of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

Chatting and sharing a joke court side, onlookers would have been forgiven for doing a double tack when they came across the pair.

The two were joined by an array of celebrities at the fundraiser, both in the tennis world and further afield.

Former boxer Mike Tyson was among guests and shared a hug with host Elton from his seat.
