Simon Cowell cuddles up to fiancee Lauren Silverman as he counts down to wedding after 4st weight loss
SIMON Cowell put on a loved-up display with Lauren Silverman as they count to their wedding.
The 62-year-old showed off his recent four stone weight loss while cuddling up to Lauren, 45, and their son Eric, eight.
Simon, Lauren and Eric are currently on holiday with presenter Terri Seymour and her daughter Coco.
The Britain's Got Talent judge looked the picture of health after his recent body overhaul and appeared to be having a great time with family and friends.
Simon and Lauren are counting down to their big day, and earlier this year he opened up to The Sun about deciding to finally walk down the aisle.
He said: "I’ve kind of felt myself engaged for a long time, if I’m really being honest with you. Lockdown and Covid was probably make or break for many relationships.

“We were in the same house for over a year and I thought, ‘Well, actually, we get on really, really well’.
“And for Eric, as he gets older, he will be asked more and more about his parents, and I thought it was the right thing to do for him."
Simon also opened up about his weight loss, and revealed that since ditching his unhealthy lifestyle he has managed to drop four waist sizes.
He said: “The most dramatic period was the first month where most of the weight comes off and you look at yourself and think ‘wow’.

"All I do is avoid just red meat - white meat is fine - and I eat loads of vegetables, salads and drink this great beer.
“If you’re on a diet you have to keep the food sensible, but it’s got to be interesting and tasty, then the diet’s surprisingly easy."
